In Supercharged, users who lock stablecoins into SuperCharged events generate Total Value Locked (TVL). The collective value of funds locked in Supercharged's events, which generate yield through Blast's native yield feature.

### **How It Works**

1. **Generating Yield from TVL**: When users lock their funds into Prediction Market events, these funds (TVL) generate yield through Blast
2. **Allocating Yield to Lottery Rewards**: A fixed 5% of annual the yield from the TVL of all events on Supercharged is allocated to the Lottery Pool.
3. **Earning Opportunities**: Users participating in SuperCharged's events not only engage in predicting outcomes but also benefit from the yield generated by their locked funds, encourages active participation and increases the attractiveness of the Lottery.

### Benefits

* **Increased Rewards**: The 5% annual yield allocation from TVL enhances the lottery prize pool
* **Maximized Earnings**: Your locked funds aren’t just sitting idle. They’re generating returns, which boost your chances of winning significant lottery rewards.

**Example Scenario:** Imagine the total TVL of all events on Supercharged is $1,000,000. From this, $50,000 (5% of the annual yield) is added to the Supercharged Lottery Pool. Since the lottery is drawn weekly, the amount added to the pool each week would be approximately $961.54
